It has to be so easy for a cisgender man like Mitt Romney to be able to look at an issue like marriage equality in black and white and say, “Marriage is between a man and a woman.” You never have to think of anything outside what’s in one hand and what’s in the other.
Gender is so much more nuanced and colorful. Living in such ignorance, as so many people choose to do or have comfortably settled into (and with so much power), scares the fucking shit out of me.
So… in the wake of being ridiculously thoughtless to the trans community, Neil Patrick Harris is appearing on the OUT cover so that people can once again see him as a role model. I guess a few words on twitter heal all wounds, folks. Thumbs down for this.

What the fuck? Why was this allowed on TV and in print ads and why is it STILL available? This is horrible! Dr. Pepper asserts that they are targeting men who believe diet beverages are “girly”. Are you fucking kidding me?
